Withdrawal from alcohol and certain other substances can be medically dangerous. Consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your use.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US), contact your local emergency services, or use the Safety Resources screen in the app’s Settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on SoberLife.

We enforce this by:
Content that violates these guidelines is removed, and the accounts responsible are suspended or terminated.
By using community features you agree to these terms, which act as the end user license agreement for user-generated content.
To report content or a user, contact soberlifesupport@gmail.com.
Features like accountability partners and Group Hangout Mode require the voluntary sharing of your progress, check-in status, or a one-time location ping with other users you choose. You may revoke access at any time through your settings.
Designated Driver status and group safety tools are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee of anyone’s safety or sobriety. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, including decisions about driving.
SoberLife Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing for your region is shown on the subscription screen before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting your SoberLife account does not cancel your subscription.
All content and features in SoberLife are owned by SoberLife and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a license to display it within the app as needed to operate community and group features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoberLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on accountability, group safety, or designated driver features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings; doing so permanently removes your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
